They’re quirky. They’re curious. They’re definitely not your average bunch. Each Crew member has their own hidden difference… but together, they discover the power of kindness, friendship, and being yourself.

The Big Adventure

We’re bringing The Kindness Crew to life in a brand-new animated story — launching in early 2026. It’s fun, it’s heartfelt, and it’s all about helping kids (and grown-ups too!) see that everyone has something special inside.

Why we're doing this

Over 1 in 5 children live with a hidden difference or disability. Too often, those differences are misunderstood. The Kindness Crew was created to spark conversations in classrooms and living rooms — so kids learn empathy, celebrate uniqueness, and grow up knowing kindness isn’t just cool… it’s powerful.

From Snark (the odd one out who’s trying to find his place) to Zippa, Typpo, Lumiri and the rest of the gang — each character has their own story to share. Get to know them, and you might just see a little of yourself in The Crew.

A teacher?

We want to hear from you! If you'd like a ready-to-go KS1 and KS2 lesson to teach your class/year/school about hidden disabilities, being curious and kind, please sign up below. The trailer will be ready later this year, and we'll be providing you with more details about The Kindness Crew - the characters, the activities, the vision etc. and you could really play your part. It will be free to download - there will be no cost for the digital version (video and activities).

A parent?

Did you know that 20% of school children have a hidden disability? Whether you recognise this in your own children, or are keen to make sure your children are curious and kind amongst others, please consider signing up to learn more about The Kindness Crew, and at the right time, maybe you could tell your school (or any local primary school) about it - and help us reach our goal of 1,000 schools in 2026!

If you are a parent who also works for a larger organisation that might consider sponsoring The Kindness Crew, or consider purchasing a Kindness Crew pack for a set number of schools, please consider spreading the word!

An organisation passionate about children, community, education and disability?

We want to reach 1,000 schools in 2026, and therefore impact around 100,000 school children...helping them to be more curious, kinder, and more empathetic towards others that have a hidden disability. And for those children who have a hidden disability or condition, for them to feel understood.

The digital packs are free and can be downloaded by schools and parents.

But there are ways for your organisation to get involved. You can

• become a Kindness Champion, playing a leading part of a national movement that will reach 200,000 children by the end of 2027
• become a Kindness Advocate, supporting the roll-out across hundreds of schools
• become a Kindness Supporter, supporting a movement that reaches thousands of classrooms, without the cap or exclusivity of higher levels.
• adopt a school, helping around 600 children at a local primary school to understand the importance of being kind, curious and empathy, providing them with the additional Kindness Crew resources to change behaviour in the classroom all year round
